I transferred this batch to the secondary, after a couple of days doing the diacetyl rest. It
tested out at 1.011, and the test jar taste test was quite favorable. If this batch is as good

Why don't you pour all that beer into a keg, cool it down, and hit it with CO2 to carb it.

The last lager I bottled, I lagered at 31F. When I bottled, I brought the temp up to 42F and
then bottled. I used 42 as the temp of the beer. Which is pretty much the temp it was when it
went into the...
