  • I have brewed beer for about 6 months now. Starting to get a good feel it. I spend a lot more time research threads then starting them so my thread count will probably remain lower. I just had great success with my first all grain biab. I was going to convert one of my many coolers but unsure yet if I will at this time due to biab being so successful on my first try. (77% eff.)

I went the other way with one of my recipes, and made a slightly less hoppy APA. I used a
combination of Citra and Cascade, and the result was AWESOME. I did 2 doses of Cascade - 1 oz.
