Went to a local pub for lunch today...they only feature Iowa beers on tap, no megabrews.
Talking with bartender about a new brewery that they just started serving...he starts to relate
all their brews...
- Balancing malt sweetness and hop bitterness
- fermentation stopped.
- What are you drinking now?
- Unsanitized... Infection?
- Skeeter Pee
- Genral question about chilli beer.
- FG Finishing High w/ LME
- I'm Complicated
- Nalgene bottles as growler
- Beerlosiphy of the day
- time to play the "can you name this style by the pictures" game.
