  • I want to make a smooth and sweet darker weizenbock that brings out the banana flavors in the malt. My favorite beer is Live Oak's Primus (with Schneider Aventinus coming in a close second), so something in that direction. Also like hefeweizens like Franziskaner and some stouts and porters.
