Brewed this in January and bottled at the end of September. Cracked a couple 22's over the
weekend to check for carb and drinkability and this was awesome. Very port forward, IMO but not
in a bad way....

The timing of this and when it's "ready" will be hard to tell. I imagine it'll say in the
