Looking for around 25 corny kegs. Prefer ball lock, but will take pin lock. Located in
Knoxville, TN and can work out shipping or pickup within reasonable distance (Nashville,

Does it still need to be dry-hopped? If so, I'd just proceed as normal, relax and think happy
thoughts. If its just going to sit in there for a few weeks not doing much, I'd go ahead and
    bottle. 3 wee...

Maybe it was the universe's way of telling you that you should have gone with a mocha white.

Well, I don't think you can go anywhere near wrong with a combo of any of those.

Agree with pretty much everything said. Bitter with Columbus only. The only other advice, if
you want a fifty/fifty ratio of flavor/aroma I'd adjust to something like 60%columbus/40% citra
    or 65columb...

A light belgian (maybe the pale?) from Craggie (a since closed Asheville brewery). While some
of their beers were not bad at all, this one was horrible. Smelled like circus peanuts. It was

^agree. I'd not mess with the iipa. There's no sense in risking oxygenating a whole hop oil
riddled batch just for two bottles--bottles that probably aren't going to be ready anyhow. Wit
    is perfect. (...
