here is how long do you guys let the nibs sit in the secondary? would 3-4 weeks be entirely too

You have a lot going on for an IPA.Ferment down with a standard ale yeast, then finish for 3-4
months on brett brux.You will still get plenty of brett character without many issues.

By the time the spiders have been mashed, boiled, and fermented, they shouldn't be a problem.

i have never used them, but im pretty sure the bottling tablets you can get at the LHBS have
sugar and a bit of yeast in them. Though, i could be wrong. Someone will correct me im sure
