I have a shed, aprox 25' by 8', with an unfinished beam roof. There are gaps between the roof
and the walls to provide some airflow, but they are nothing significant. Later on, I would like

I'm not handy enough to build a mill or a sculpture or…pretty much anything.I'm trying to put
together a list of everything I will need, so that I can (hopefully) buy it all in one shot,
    and enjoy it ...

I've seen (and been very impressed by) the kegeraters people build here. The dominant mode
seems to be to put an extra layer between the lid and body of a chest freezer, and put forward
    facing taps on...

For those making bottle tests: please fill the bottles up with water, as this will add a
considerable amount of weight, as well as bringing the test closer to a real life type
    situation.
