    Here is the setup I went with. Seems to be working great, garage temp has been 30-40 degrees,
    controller is set at 65 degrees. Just need to work in time to brew, that will be tough in the
    near future....

    Ended up going with a very small ceramic heater with a fan. Have it running with the
