  • I am gearing up for my first ever home-brewing experience. I bought a started kit plus a carboy upgrade from a local supply store, and have the ingredients to brew a Mad Hatter #9 clone.
I have created my own immersion circulator (wow have copper costs sky-rocketed!) and a wooden cabinet to keep my primary/secondary in for protection of the container as well as to block UV light.
