I dry hop most my beers. After 2nd'ry and non-secondary runs, I prefer to secondary. Dry hop
character is much less pronounced in primary.

You should plug it into beersmith/brewtarget to check. I just ran .5 Mag@90min and 1oz
simcoe@5min and got only 30.9 IBU's. That's low...So no, I dont think 1oz @ 90 is too much.

I dont think you'll get enough bitterness. Half ounce of mag & then a ton at 5min and under

Dont think you can ruin it either way, however, I would:bump Mag. to 1ozCombine flameout +
hopstand hopsUp 5 min addition to 10min...1.5ozHowever u want to mix them. Sounds tasty :ban:

I'd swap the Carapils for Crystal 45 & steep. Add 1lb sugar late & gypsum to the water. Kick
boil time down to 60min, 1/4 DME beginning, 3/4 DME late.Echo what others said on hops.
Hopstand looks good...

Just bottled this...it's amazing, tastes like rainbows. :fro: Ended up doing 2 DH charges, 2
oz/3 days each. 1st with Amarillo/Citra & 2nd with Simcoe. Siphoning with paint strainer bag
was difficult ...
