  • Started with extract kits, but moved to all grain after 3 batches. My system is fairly basic; I use a cooler with a SS braid and a turkey fryer, and I batch sparge. However, I did invest in temp control, and an oxygenation system, and it was by far the best decision I made. The quality of my beer has improved exponentially. .
