  • I got into brewing b/c, well, I love beer.
    Got a homebrew kit about 5 years ago and, sadly, it sat in the box until recently. I got a brewkit and a recipe and off I went.

    on paper, palmer online, and other non beer references on kindle and I hate trying to find

    I think I'd let it sit. if you need the primary, and have a secondary, you could transfer to
    open up the fermenter, or bottle if needed, but I'd let it roll on for a bit.
