Keep it in there until it's tasting up to your standards then rack it accordingly. Maybe look
into picking up a ph meter.

When I add 60oz of puréed frozen berries I lose a degree or two, but then the beer comes back

Doubling up on magnets does not work for me. I experimented with it however the added force is
