I hop my IPA's and Pale Ales almost exclusively in the last 15 minutes and have been very very

I have 2 locals that I use and one that I have never been to, but the feedback I hear is
positive. One that is great, a little pricey but they are helpful. One that they act like they

I am curious to what you did with the bottles and your results on this. I have had a streak of
infected batches as well and think I have it pin pointed to the bottles at this point.

I usually just suffer through it, but am leaning towards smaller stove top batches inside this
year when it gets really cold.

It was pretty depressing, it is coming along now. Bell's Two Hearted Clone, Ruination Clone are
currently fermenting almost ready for dry hopping. Just bottled a saison and have a grapefruit
