    ABOUT ME

  • I have been researching brewing for the last 6 months. I started brewing and my first brew was an Oktoberfest all grain brew. I have never done extracts. I now have 3 successful all grain brews under my belt. My occupation is IT director for DMP Corporation.

  • I went to mother earth brewery in Kingston NC and toured their facility and was intrigued. I did some research and here I am. I have done an Oktoberfest, A DUNKELWEIZEN, and now have an English brown ale fermenting!!!!

    I waited over two days and the yeast did not start. The package never expanded either. I
    thought safale04 was the same as whitbread.

    The safeale04 is always a quick fermentor.
