Does anyone have the Thermoworks RT600B? Made by the same company as the Thermapen and $80.00
cheaper. If it's a good thermometer it should work pretty well for the Brewer on a Budget,

You need something like this Just carefully pop of the top of your tower and put it on the

Honestly if this is your first batch you need to follow the KISS principle and just use priming
sugar. The amount of Honey you'll use will be imperceptible however you run all sorts of risks
