It's an amazing beer but a tad pricey where I live and would like to reproduce it at home.

Righty Ho.Well your current rate of fermentation I really wouldn't bottle. I'd let it sit for a

Personally I wouldn't! User K-Sorbate and campden tablets to stop fermentation if you want to

Well it seems both ferments have stopped dead. They havent moved in a few hours. Whats the best
