I'm making a 5 gal batch all-grain Milk Stout. Any advice on how much Lactic acid I should use?
What is the difference in using Lactose (dry?) vs. the lhbs lactic acid in a bottle?Thanks.

I'm fairly new at this home brewing deal but I'm catching on quick and I have a ton of ideas...
BUT, I just bought a Red Ale Brewer's Best Red Ale Kit and it has been in for about 5 days. My
- homebrew goes fast!
- LACTOSE and CIDER
- Do you know how to make a yeast starter? Then why not farm yeast and freeze it?
- Can I add water to my fermenter after the first day?
- New Brew Stand
- Keezer + fermentation Chamber = Fail for me. Need help
- Kegerator replace top?
- Two weeks of activity
