    ABOUT ME

  • Human Zoo Keeper
  • Pretty new to homebrewing, only about a year in, but I went to grain pretty quickly. I'm currently trying to nail down a perfect Cascadian Dark Ale. So far, so good. Just keeping notes and when I like the one I want to stick with, I'll see if I can successfully duplicate it. Then I can move onto mastering my next style.
  • I'd like to do a Red IPA next.
  • Cascadian Dark Ale (Cluster, Galaxy, Centennial)
  • American Wheat 4.7%
    Chocolate Chili Stout 7.0%
    CDA 7.5%
  • Male
  • Married
  • Buffalo
