Per the advice from owner of my LHBS, I am going to cut the oats to 1/2 lb as to not
oversweeten it. I'll hopefully brew sometime this weekend, and I'll let you know how it goes.

The only place in Kentucky I've seen it is in the shopettes on Ft. Campbell. It's 11 bucks for
a 12 pack.I've normally gone to Paris to get it.

It is better to aerate the entire time. This can be done by using a magnetic stir plate. In
that case, a magnetic "bean" sits inside the flask and is stirred by magnets inside the plate.
