Well it's been 19 days in the primary. I racked into the secondary tonight and the gravity was

yes it was exactly 5 gallons before. The good news is that it has started fermenting already

So a freind and i brewed a choc. coffee stout yesterday and our gravity was 1.092. Which was
high so we added a half gallon of water to it. We didn't take a gravity after doing so. It was
