After I pressurize with CO2 and bleed off the oxygen, should the keg age refrigerated or should

Too bad you couldn't make it a day earlier.Indian Ranchis holding there summer brewfest on the
15th from 4:00 to 8:00.Plenty of homebrews, food and the band Texas Flood.It's about 40 min.
