    Are you asking what if your mash tun gets contaminated and all following beers are going to
    come out in fected or are you asking how to keep the bad bacteria out of your sour?

    I wasnt going to use any hops. I'm planning on making it sour. Most bacteria and bugs can't
    stand more than 25ibu so I just leave them out. Going to add 14.5 oz cherries and let sit for a
    good while
