You could split the mash, but then combine before you start boiling. You could also mash as
much as possible, then sparse until you get the required pre-boil volume. That's what I do for
2.5 gal batch...

I actually just finished my 2 tap keezer. You can probably do it for under $500 depending on
how you want it to look and what you have. I did it all myself and was a NOOB at it, but it
