  • Johny my dad started brewing about 16 years ago and then decided just to go back to buying his beer off the shelf.

I borrowed (forever) all of his brewing gear and added a few things my self to bring it into this century and away i went.

This all happened around june 2006 so ive made around 15 brews now all pretty good (not racing out to buy beer anyway) most of my friends prefer my home brew to off the shelf stuff.

Any way just starting to want to experiment a bit by adding a few extras whilst still improveing my brewing techniques.

Current setup is just basic kit brewing with a fermenter and some bottling equipment. Thinking about getting some better gear soon.

label may look a bit better ifyou had a bikewheel in place of the wagon wheel and maybe and
oldtype penny farthing or something. Good ideas keep working on it.

yep temperature increase will increase your fermentation and if it gets too high will affect
the final outcome. Also if it was moved it could have stirred some more yeast from the trub
    into the wort. ...
