Crab boiler at the top of the page is the one I use. I got it in propane first, which uses
alot of propane and then switched to Natural gas, best decision I made next to the 20 gallon

When I started doing 10 gallon batches I went straight to a jet burner, and started using
natural gas instead of propane. It was a lot more money but the difference is night and day.

I would let it rest longer. The warmer the beer the more active the yeast. Allow the yeast more
time to clean up the beer. before putting it back to hibernation.

I don't know what Joe Draggons recipe looks like for land shark but be sure that you skunk the
beer by allowing it to be hit by indirect sunlight for at least a week. That will help give
many recipes ...

How far away from your freezer is the tree?? I would consider running a large diameter pvc pipe
(same diameter as your tree) from your freezer to and possibly into the tree allowing the
freezer to kee...
