tI got the rub put on an hour ago and that'll be sitting in the fridge over night. I'm debating
how early I wanna wake up to get my smoker going, haha. Here's the recipe for the smoked
    stuffed peppers...

Good question. If you use dry yeast, do you just divide it accordingly as well? I imagine
spreading the dry yeast out on a mirror and dividing it in lines with a razor blade as if it
    were cocaine. :DH...

to activate the yeast and the spent grain in the dough. Shared my home-brew and pizza with

I think next weekend I need to cook some pork. Picnics are on sale this week $1.19/lb.At that
price, it would be sacrilege for you not to. They're at least four times as much here right
    now.

HBT is better than any book I've read. I can search here, I can ask here, almost anything beer
or brew relate is here, if you spend any time looking, you will get the answer here. There are
    recipes, t...

I did get around to brewing my first batch - the brown ale from the book. Turned out pretty
good, but a little thin. Definitely need to circulate the wort through the grain a bit better
    next time - di...

I shouldn't have read this thread until we're fully moved into the new place. We are currently
without grill/smoker and all of these goods are making me hungry for some pulled pork and
    smoked ribs!
