Shoot, if they don't recycle you need to start doing it... 1/2 hr of sorting glass will pay for
your brewing habit.Not everywhere has a deposit system like CA or MI.

Add sugar to the bottling bucket. I have almost forgotten this way too many times. A good

Did you correct your hydrometer reading for temperature?I was hoping to bottle tonight, but it
came out to 1.015, 1.016 once I adjusted for temperature.I would say 1.016 is a fine finishing
