Make sure you start small - 200-300ml of starter wort @1.020-1.030 gravity. I find it can take
a couple days before you really notice activity. Depends on how fresh the Heady Topper is too.I

If I don't have any Heady Topper yeast.... I have used Gigayeast. If I am being honest, I don't
know that I could say I have noticed any difference between Gigayeast and harvested Conan yeast

What's a good source of Conan yeast? Gigayeast? Omega? I haven't seen other options that I can
