  • I am an aspiring brewnovice here in Raleigh, NC. I enjoy this activity immensely and consider it more than just a hobby.
  • started over a year ago when a couple buddies of mine filled their fermenters and reveled under the glory of creating their beer instead of shelling out five dollars a pint for it. I decided, 'heck if they can do it, I sure can fail at it.' So here I am, brewing, batch sparging, vourlaufing, cursing, dropping something, missing something, and drinking something.
