    I racked to the primary after cooling to 78 degrees slowly and pitched.......The directions
    said stir it in there......hmmmmm....

    I am brewing my first 5 gallon batch..(English Brown Ale)....Today is Wednesday night and I am
    still not showing any bubbles in the Airlock.......The 5 Gallon bucket seems to be air tight
    and the brew...

    Its outside, but the snow is to frozen to surround it. Its in a 5 gallon bucket fermentor. It
    was about 150 when I through it in, The wort looked better than any batch that I have made.

    Is this a good idea? If you live in a city with snow......Drop it right outside your door. That
    seem to do the trick for me.
