How long should you let it bottle age for?It should be great after 3 weeks in the bottle, but
will only keep getting better in the months after that.

I have noticed brewers using jack o lantern pumpkins in their brews. Pie pumpkins seems like

Alright, so based on this heap of junk, PLAN A is to do a BIAB using the 5 gallons of premade
wort, add 2.5 gallons of RO water, bring that up to strike temp of 154 for a mash temp of 152.

carboy?Yep, though theres no need to wait months. 2-4 weeks would be fine for primary.
