Great looking recipe; planning to brew it this weekend but I have two quick questions for

Alright, so based on this heap of junk, PLAN A is to do a BIAB using the 5 gallons of premade
wort, add 2.5 gallons of RO water, bring that up to strike temp of 154 for a mash temp of 152.
