I didn't really duplicate the fruity/berry flavor. Too much blueberry and it might taste like a
wine cooler. Tough beer to clone.

Should be fine. The house will probably smell like sulfur/rotten eggs when you get home but
that is normal for a lager.

I had a memorable experience with Southern Comfort as a youth (17 yr old). It totally killed
any and all interest in anything harder than beer. Violent up-chucking tends to do that.

Why not just put the bottles in a closet or something (inside your apt) for carbing? 66F+
recommended for a few weeks. If your at 60F, good luck, it may take a month or so.
