  • Stumbled on a club judging in a local microbrewery. It reminded me of a time I assisted my brother in law with a batch, and how I always wanted to try that for myself. I told my wife the story and she got me a starter kit for Christmas.
    I made an immersion coil and a 3" pvc sanitizer long enough for my autosiphon and wine thief.
