  they look pretty beat up so it's probably stainless, just not polished. there might be some
  indication on the inside top skirt of the keg. something like 304(most likely) or 316

  sugared welds are going to be more likely to rust/corrode, plus they look like garbage. imo, if
  you're not gonna take the extra minute or two to back purge, might as well just stick/mig it

  i use one for a mash tun. i put a ball valve on it with a nipple going through the existing
  hole and use a cpvc female adapter with a street 90 to connect it to the manifold

  what's the third output wire say? if you want 24 v, you're probably going to grab the 3rd
  output and the one marked 24v
