After we had a blow up in the Fermentation laboratory (AKA Bathroom) we have used a blow off
and aux containment vessel on everything. And with proper cleanliness just pour it back in when
it is done....

The smell of mashing grain, especially right when you dough in because it's the first hit of it
on brew day. Except for the final product it is definitely my favorite part of the process.Ohhh
