    ABOUT ME

  • I'm a tiny boutique brewery located in New Zealand. I'm starting small to see if there is a local market for my beer and we'll just have to wait and see how things develop.

I brew traditional ales and a gluten-free beer. I like to use local New Zealand ingredients wherever possible and love the taste of our pale ale malt that comes from the South Island.

You can visit my web site if you want to know more about what I do or see pictures of the brewery and my process.

3.5 bar is roughly 50psi. I am looking to do the spear/valve swap for those 20L kegs too.
Perfect size, but a real head-scratcher to get the spears swapped. Ultra, have a look at this

I'm in the process of getting one of these and will let you all know how it works. I'm planning
