    the heat was on when i added the extract, won't do that again. so you could taste it, but the
    beer was'nt ruined was it?

    was brewing some wheat beer last night and accidentally let some of the malt extract get to the
    bottom of the kettle and scorch. could this be a problem with the finished beer?
