Good luck with your project! Keep in mind that natural gas has approx. half the BTU value as
propane... ie you're going to use twice as much natural gas as propane to heat the same volume

Ward labs would be the most complete way to go. I'd also try calling or emailing the city water

Most of that report is worthless for brewing. You need to know how much Calcium (Ca), Magnesium

I would calc. total volume of water needed, add salts to that volume of water and then mash and
sparge with that water.
