Karbach Brewery has a nice deal Fridays at 5-8 ($12 gets you 4-5 pints and a tour). St.

If you live in Houston, go by for the tour and tasting Friday at 5. The brewers are always
there and they'll give you more info. Plus for 8 bucks, you get a glass and 4 "samples."

You could make a light pale ale with 4-5 lbs of 2 row + a few specialty grains + a few ounces
