  • I brewed some beer in the 90's, moved and took a break. In the mid 2000's I dug a 3000 gallon Koi pond in the backyard. Now I brew beer sitting next to the pond, something about the fish, the bamboo and the sound of the burner just makes for a relaxing day.

    Hop additions, one at 60, fwh, 60&30, 60&30&5, dry hopping you could get thirty tests easily.
