I reduced the specialty malts because the original recipe was for six gallons and I brew
five.Also, did you use pellets as the type of hops in your calculator?

I am extract brewing using partial boils (2.5 gallons). When I add it to my chilled H20 in the
carboy is that sufficient to aerate it?
