  • My first batch was an extract Deschutes Mirror Pond Pale Ale clone, during the summer of 2003. I've brewed off & on since then. The husband convinced me all-grain wasn't that hard, and - no surprise - he was right. We now do all grain 5-gallon batches and I enjoy the entire process. Except clean-up. That part pretty much sucks all around.

    It should still ferment out (you'd need way more cinnamon to kill the yeast, I believe), but it
    sounds like you have a 5 gallon batch of cinnamon juice to use for blending. ;)
