    ABOUT ME

  • New-ish to the craft beer scene. Homebrewing since June 2013, enjoying craft beer since about 2010. Always looking for awesome trades! Originally from KC, MO, living in MD right now due to military obligations but hoping to move back home in the near future.
  • Homebrewing,Beer tasting/enjoying,Cooking,Weightlifting,Beer events
  • Firefighter
  • Anything that is good, not too picky.
  • Anything related to brewing or fermentation chemistry
  • None, waiting til I move back to my hometown to find one
  • Love IPAs, brew them about 80% of the time. Really enjoy experimenting with fermentation processes and super high gravity brewing. Current highest ABV I have obtained that was drinkable was a 120 min clone that was 20%. Also love sweet stouts, imperial (not russian) stouts, ESBs, sours, and hoppy pale ales.

I think the limited availability has a valid point, with Pliny anyway. I agree with what
someone said before about it being fresher and stored properly. I noticed a huge difference in
    it being on tap ...
