Either get a bigger pot or go with the inexpensive approach and buy a squirt bottle, fill it
with water, and spray the wort before it boils over. it works like a charm

I love Shock Top. Something I have always wanted to try to clone is the Wheat IPA beer they

Thanks guys. I was boiling 2.5 gallons at the time which eventually became a 5 gallon batch.
