It could be carbonation/carbon dioxide bubbles coming through? Mine look bubbely, but they keep

I am making my second batch brew of KT. It's about 2 weeks in. Baby Scoby is about 1/8 -

Unless you have a huge scoby, I think it will take a lot longer than your one gallon batch. I

I checked my kt today. I pushed a straw down past the edge of the scoby and drew some liquid
out. Anyway now it has fallen/sunk at least halfway to the bottom of the container. Should I be
