Another vote for fermentation temperature control. It’s the one thing that resulted biggest

I never used to stir until I got a batch with very uneven carbonation. Now I always give it a

I use the RT600C for brewing. I have an older non-waterproof Thermapen I was using for brewing,
but the moisture and sticky wort started to cause it to malfunction. The Thermapen stays in the
