    Get a SS 3 compartment sink with the sprayer especially if you are thinking about a licensed
    microbrewery. It is required by the Health Dept (although that may only be for restaurants).

    Your big O ring may not have sealed well and let out all of your CO2. Try some keg lube.

    If you are so concerned about doing this brew organic and not using many resources, why not
    collect you rain water?? There is a brewery doing this. Oh...and you may want to build a fire
    for your boil....
